Refund policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 DAYS of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns for reasons of personal preference (e.g. "changed my mind") unless the item is defective or damaged.
Return Timeframe
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 DAYS of receiving your order at shop.bakrabrand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll offer a free replacement or full refund, and you will not be charged for return shipping in these cases.
Refund Process & Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [REFUND PROCESSING TIME, e.g. 5-7 business days].
Exchanges
We're happy to offer size exchanges, subject to stock availability. Please contact us at shop.bakrabrand@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective: sale/clearance items, gift cards, and any custom or personalized products made specifically for you.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to customer preference (where eligible), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping in full.
